What operators, companies and cooperatives say about sektoreins

The quotes have been translated from German. The original German wording is authoritative.

Contracting

Thermoleap GmbH

Managing electricity and heat across sites — ideal for project sizes in the contracting business.

Jörn Schubert

Managing Director

With its web app sektoreins occupies exactly the sweet spot between home energy management and building management systems: managing electricity and heat across sites is ideal for our project sizes and for the contracting business. Being able to reconcile existing and new installations with a highly flexible approach, and to couple, monitor and control not just the system level but the portfolio level too, offers us decisive added value.

Commercial

Denkmalpflege Mühlhausen Huschenbeth GmbH & Co. KG

Orchestrating heating elements, storage and CHP units across numerous solar and heating installations.

The daily demands of the construction business left hardly any time to control and optimise our many solar and heating installations. With the sektoreins software we finally have a tool to orchestrate heating elements, storage and CHP units completely. Where there used to be isolated controls from the electrician or the plumber, we now manage everything centrally with minimal effort. For us as a company the platform is exactly what we needed.

Klingebiel Immobilien eGbR

Solar power in an apartment building used optimally for heat pump, battery and heat storage, including straightforward submetering.

Together with sektoreins we used the solar power in an apartment building optimally for the heat pump, the battery and the heat stores, which reduced the service charges for all tenants considerably. The software makes submetering straightforward and transparent, without much effort on our side as the property manager. A solution that convinces owners, tenants and management alike.

StadtWatt eG

Building PV systems combined with heat pumps and tenant electricity across a large building portfolio.

Together with our members we are increasingly building PV systems combined with heat pumps and tenant electricity. What we still lack is software that holds everything together and connects it. The building stock is enormous and the electrification of heat supply is only just gathering pace. sektoreins is on the right track to offer this solution at scale.

REthink-ing

The role of digitalisation, data acquisition and cost-efficient control engineering.

Digitalising the energy sector needs reliable data as its foundation. For municipal utilities and commercial operations, economical and scalable solutions are decisive. sektoreins addresses exactly those installation classes that digitalisation has so far neglected. The software thereby opens up an area that makes it possible to unlock efficiency potential and align energy and heat supply for the future.
